Erika's Home & Nursery Tour...(Via Made By Girl)

Erika Bretchel runs Small Shop, a brand styling studio that creates logos, print, packaging & WEB DESIGN for anyone interested in taking their business to the next level!  She also runs a blog & is co-owner of Wardrobe Stationery.  She seems to do it all & I truly admire her for that. 

So, when Erika decided to share her home with Made By Girl, I was ecstatic. She told me she had more to share & will eventually get back to me with the rest of the pictures. But for now, here are little pieces of her home.

 above: after spotting these BLACK LAMP SHADES from Shades of Light on Erika's blog, I bought a pair for my own home! Erika actually purchased the Hollywood Regency bases on Ebay, and painted them white! This is what they looked like BEFORE.

below: The cool python tray can be found at Furbish Studio. I've been contemplating getting one since last year but haven't bought it! Anyone else have a python tray?

And if her home wasn't chic enough?? Her daughter's room is just as pretty & stylish! I'm so INSPIRED by her place all together. Note to myself: must put in inspiration folder!

Elizabeth Sullivan Designs A Nursery...(Via Made By Girl)

I've been getting a BUNCH OF EMAILS from a lot of you out there regarding your home. Some emails were TOO LARGE & I had to delete them while others didn't fit the requirements. So, hopefully no one will get OFFENDED if I didn't select your pictures! 

This particular submission came in from a talented Interior Designer named Elizabeth Sullivan. It's not necessarily part of her home but a nursery she put together for a client. 

In Elizabeth's own words, "It was a very low budget, we bought everything online and had it sent to her house, then I went out and painted the stripes and put it all together in one day!" 

Well, I think she did a fantastic job! If I had a baby, this is the STYLE of nursery I'd gravitate towards. When I look at the WALL OF BOOKS it makes me want to pick one up & read it! It's also a smart way to ENTICE children to READ by including in within the decor!

I'm baaaaack....woo hoo

It was so GREAT to finally get away. I have to say, I had the best massage this weekend & wish I could have stayed longer! Maybe next time! For now, I wanted to thank Rachelle from the Kenzie Poo Blog for sending me these gorgeous pics of her nursery. I LOVE how she framed my Madebygirl ABC Love print in that ornate frame. Sooo cute!
